All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of aย JBEE Brandย E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging
Prepaid Return Labels
- We will provide you with a prepaid return label that will be deducted from your total refund amount.ย (You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.)
Can I Exchange My Items?
- We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.
Additional Information On Our Returns Policy

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported withinย 15 days of delivery.
How Refunds Work
JBEE Brand issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:
- Is canceled by JBEE Brand
- One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
- Item(s) is proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect
JBEE Brandย will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.
If you used an E-Gift Card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your E-Gift Card immediately.
